Description

1. Pay off and take up

3. Neutralization and water washing tank

4. Electrolytic acid pickling tank

It adopts all closed type, the roller is made by #316 stainless steel, and capacity of rectifier is 500A/12V. 5. Thickness zinc coating tank

It adopts all closed type, the roller is made by #316 stainless steel, and capacity of rectifier is 8000A/12V. 6. Bright zinc coating tank

It adopts all closed type, the roller is made by #304 stainless steel, and capacity of rectifier is 500A/12V. Anode material is titanium plate whose size is 5*50 mm, and magnetic drive pump is used for the circulating.

7. Baking device

Short circuit baking is adopted, the temperature is adjusted by voltage regulator, which is low power consumption, heating up fast, and safe.
